Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return/Exchange Request

    • Click on the Return Form provided on our website, ensuring the order number is included in the description.
    • Kindly provide a reason for the return so we can continually improve our service.
  2. Eligibility Period

    • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
  3. Product Condition

    • Items must be in their original condition:
      • Unwashed
      • Unaltered
      • Spotless
      • All tags intact
  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges for a different size are allowed if the requested size is in stock and the item is in its original condition.

Process and Timeline

  1. Once your return or exchange request is submitted, it will be reviewed immediately.
  2. You will receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.
  3. Processing time: Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to complete.

Shipping and Refund Information

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping expenses for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed through Instapay.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Discounted items, including those in bundles, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
